Mkash Solutions Ltd ("Mkash", "we") provides digital infrastructure working capital, salary advances, and a secured employer overdraft solution. This policy explains what we collect, why, who may see it, and your rights under the Data Protection Act, 2019.
Purpose limitation
Each form states what the data is for. We do not reuse enquiry data for unrelated marketing without a separate, clear basis.
What we collect
- Infrastructure Stage 1: name, company, phone, email, equipment category, rough facility size
- Employer Overdraft Stage 1: company, contact, payroll size estimate, shortfall nature
- Contact form: identity and message details you submit
- Later stages (off public forms): ownership proofs, financials, payroll verification, only after a conversation and explicit consent
Third parties
Depending on product: M-Pesa/Safaricom for disbursement; employer payroll for salary-advance repayment; valuers, credit reference bureaus, and asset registries for infrastructure facilities; security counterparties for employer overdraft where applicable.
Security
Sensitive documents are protected in transit (TLS) and stored with access controls limited to staff who need them for assessment or servicing.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or object to processing. Contact hello@mkash.co.ke. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
